Your purpose will be to help organizations have highly efficient and structured processes.
Key tasks
• Managing audit, design, and business process reegineering projects.
• Working with business units to implement continuous improvement plans that help simplify their processes.
• Aligning process optimization opportunities with the company’s strategy and proposing transformation projects.
• Defining QuickWins and KPIs.
• Defining communication plans, operating models, process training and change management.
What areas of knowledge will ensure that you succeed in your role?
- You are passionate about making things happen and seek to improve your surroundings by enhancing processes.
- You like to be near the business and are able to comfortably interact with other units and actors.
- You are interested in methodologies and frameworks, such as PMP, ITIL and eTOM.
- You would like to continue growing in the telecommunications sector.
